Chemical engineer and expert in heap leaching, with over 20 years of experience in improving and expanding base metal extraction processes. Before joining Jetti, Nelson held leadership roles spanning technology, projects and operations at Vale, Xstrata Copper and BHP Billiton. Nelson holds a PhD in Applied Sciences from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Experienced in-house counsel who provides legal, compliance and risk management advice across the organization with 18 years of experience. Rose has broad experience across commercial and intellectual property law for global brands and large corporations.

Formerly served as General Counsel of Sandow, as well as General Counsel and Board Member of Material Bank. Prior to that, Rose served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc. Rose graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude and began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP.

Over 30 years’ experience in project management and a specialist in the construction and operation of chemicals plants. Prior to joining Jetti he was Senior Project Manager at LyondellBasell, a leader in the global chemical industry, responsible for managing multiple projects at different stages across multiple operating units.

Prior to LyondellBasell, David spent over 25 years at Dow Chemical Company in a range of senior positions, most recently as Project Manager for a new $200 million chemical manufacturing facility developing from concept to construction. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Experienced business development and sales executive with a 15 year track record of leading successful teams in the industrial and mining sectors. Alvaro began his career at Indura/Air Products, where he held various positions in engineering and mining services before joining ME Elecmetal, a leading global supplier of crushing and grinding technology to the mining industry. At ME Elecmetal, he oversaw sales for northern Chile, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean as well as Spain and expanded the business by securing new contracts with several major global mining companies.

Alvaro qualified as a Mechanical Civil Engineer from the University of Santiago and has an MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management, Chile.

Extensive accounting and finance experience in mining, entertainment and automotive parts manufacturing industries in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to transitioning to industry, Matt spent seven years in the Assurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Silicon Valley and in Denver serving technology and mining clients.

Matt holds a BS in Business Accounting from California Polytechnic State University and holds an active CPA license in Colorado.

A highly experienced Chemical Engineer, with more than 15 years of experience delivering operational and technological transformation initiatives. Cristián has worked in senior leadership positions for some of the world’s leading mining companies, including BHP, Glencore and Sibelco.

Cristián has a PhD in Process Integration/Mining and Resource Engineering and an Mphil in Geometallurgy from the University of Queensland as well as an MSc in Mineral Processing from the Federico Santa María Technical University in Valparaíso, Chile.

Expert in intellectual property management, project portfolio administration and strategic planning with over 18 years of experience in the mining industry. His background spans technology development, hydrometallurgy, sulfide heap leaching, project studies and asset planning and development. During 14 years at BHP, he led projects, managed multidisciplinary teams and contributed to high-impact technology initiatives.

Joined Jetti as Director of Project Development in 2020 before becoming Director of Business Development in 2025. Holds a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering and an MBA, both from Universidad de Chile.

Responsible for all operational and health and safety matters, Dan brings 14 years of diversified global leadership experience to Jetti Resources. Before joining Jetti, Dan led a division of Solvay Oil & Gas and has spent his career focused on creating a culture of leadership, safety, and efficiency within organizations’ operations and supply chains.

Dan holds an MLS degree from the University of Oklahoma in Oil, Gas, & Energy.

A specialist in hydrometallurgy, Monserrat was heavily involved in developing Jetti’s technology from bench-scale laboratory testing to commercial deployment. She has a proven track record of optimizing processes, scaling up metallurgical innovations and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced hydrometallurgical solutions. Before joining Jetti, Monserrat worked at the Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas, where she focused on optimizing leach parameters for oxide ores and improving leaching efficiency in copper operations.

Monserrat holds a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Concepción, Chile, and a Master of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Callie brings over 19 years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership roles in talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and employee relations. She joins Jetti most recently from LDIS, A Tetra Tech company, where she partnered with leadership on strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and policy development. She has previous industry experience in mining, engineering & design services, consulting, manufacturing, and financial services.

Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Professional in Human Resources certificate.

Engineer and expert in hydrometallurgy, leaching, SX-EW, operational optimization and complex contract management. With over 18 years of experience, he has overseen plant start-ups, critical operations and led technical teams at the top Chilean copper producers including Capstone Copper, Anglo American and Antofagasta.

Holds a BSc in Metallurgical Civil Engineering from Universidad de Atacama and a Master of Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona and OBS Business School.

Experienced international tax practitioner for major global organizations, having held senior positions at Sunsweet Growers Inc., the world’s largest handler of dried tree fruits, and Deloitte Chile. Cristian began his career as a Tax and Corporate Associate at Garnham Abogados.

Graduated magna cum laude from Diego Portales Law School and holds a Master of Tax Management and Direction from Adolfo Ibáñez University, where he also earned magna cum laude honors.

Dr. Uhrie is a senior leader in all aspects of mine management and project development with approximately 30 years of experience with major and mid-tier mining companies such as Freeport-McMoRan, Newmont, The Doe Run Company and Energy Fuels. He has operated mines on three continents and has demonstrated experience in operations management, due diligence, geological exploration, engineering and new project development, startups, R&D, mergers and acquisitions, and mine finance. He is an internationally recognized technical expert in copper sulfide processing with particular emphasis in heap leaching of copper sulfides including chalcopyrite.

He is the author of 20+ publications, a Professional Engineer, and a Qualified Person for the purposes of NI43-101.
