We founded Jetti in 2014 with a clear vision: to make copper production more efficient and environmentally responsible by transforming how the industry processes low-grade primary sulfide ore.
Since then, we have evolved from a laboratory-scale startup into a commercially proven technology provider, now deploying at some of the world’s largest copper mines.
Jetti enables our partners to convert previously mined material, often stockpiled as waste, into high-value copper cathodes. Our technology reduces additional environmental impact and recovers value from resources that would otherwise be excluded from mine plans.
Only Jetti’s technology is commercially proven to extract copper from low-grade primary sulfide ore, which constitutes about 70% of the world’s copper resources. We achieve this with a significantly lower environmental footprint, considering negligible emissions, consuming less water and energy than traditional methods and enabling copper cathode production directly at the mine site.
